PERFECT WIFE COOKING CLASS
Cooking Class to be given by Amy Chamberlain, chef, an aspiring "perfect wife" and owner of THE PERFECT WIFE, a restaurant and tavern in Manchester, Vermont.
In 2003 Amy offered a great class focusing on Vermont products with an autumn theme using ingredients such as apples, pumpkins, cheddar cheese and maple syrup! Click here to see images from this event.
In 2006 Amy did the cooking class right in the kitchen of her restaurant. What a way to really learn about cooking! They made a Pecan Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Apricot Rum Butter, Cornmeal Succotash, Johnny Cakes fried up with Whole Corn and a Warm Chocolate Souffle Cake.
And in 2007, again we cooked in Amy's kitchen. There was quite a crowd, but we managed to work hard and our rewards were well worth it. We made Chicken Breasts in an Apple Cider Sauce, Butternut Squash Strudel and a Nantucket Cranberry Pie.
